Consultant (s) sought to carry out a final (end of project) evaluation of a 3 year UK Aid Match project in CAR for Tearfund.
This project has focused on women’s economic empowerment in three locations in CAR. The evaluator (or evaluators) would be required to start work in early November, this would include time in CAR. Please see attached ToR for more details.
Qualified candidates are invited to apply by sending their technical and financial proposals along with any other supporting documentation that will help with assessing their capability.
