The GSMA Mobile for Development Foundation, Inc
The objective of this evaluation is to develop a deeper understanding of:
- Who is the MISTT training reaching
- How effectively is MISTT delivering improved digital skills
- What is the socioeconomic impact of the skills gained through the training on trainees
- What improvements are needed to better reach the underserved
The evaluation must include a strong gender focus and all data must be disaggregated by gender.
