The Outcome Mapping Learning Community is hosting a workshop on Outcome Mapping and Outcome Harvesting for those based in or working in Asia. An introductory training in Outcome Mapping & Outcome Harvesting
This three-day day event will take a deep dive into the principles of Outcome Mapping and Outcome Harvesting by combining grounded theory with practical case studies and group discussion.
Participants will complete the programme with an understanding of OM and OH, their relevance in complex change processes and how to use them appropriately in their own contexts.
The event will be in provincial Thailand (Ubon Ratchathani), a location chosen because it is readily accessible from Bangkok via air / land while allowing us to keep costs and hence the registration fee to a minimum.
Registration includes four nights bed and breakfast if you register before 19 January.
