The Independent Evaluation Office of the International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for a team of evaluators, or individual candidates, to conduct the mid-term evaluation of the “STRENGTHEN 2: Employment impact assessment to maximize job creation in Africa” financed by the European Commission (DG INTPA) for the period of 2020-2024.
